Protection of your investment in Ford


Warranty on Ford Saloon vehicles is three (3) Years (Bumper to Bumper) or 60,000km on both parts and labour.

We also offer After Warranty Assistance (AWA) to customers who are loyal to their regular service. This programme lessens the burden of bearing the full cost of a replacement part. Usually the payment is shared between Ford, Mechanical Lloyd and the customer.

Extended Service Plan (ESP)

ESP offers the customer the opportunity to purchase additional service at the point of purchasing a new Ford vehicle. It delivers maximum protection against rising maintenance costs.

Included in the in the ESP are regular check ups, routine inspections, preventive care and replacement of normal ‘wear and tear’ items that require periodic attention. In addition, the coverage covers the following items:

  • Engine Oil and Filter Changes
  • Multi-Point Inspections
  • Tire Rotation
  • Replacement of brake pads and linings when worn
  • Shock Absorbers replacements
